WHAT I'M UP TO: The Assembled Parties

I'm about to go into tech rehearsals for my next show, The Assembled Parties
the third show of Manhattan Theatre Club's Broadway season, and my third show in a row with them!

This is a stunning play with an incredible cast headed by Judith Light and Jessica Hecht,
and I am so excited to get into the theater and get this show moving (literally, the set is a huge turntable!)

THE ASSEMBLED PARTIES welcomes us to the world of the Bascovs, an Upper West Side Jewish family in 1980. In a sprawling Central Park West apartment, former movie star Julie Bascov and her sister-in-law Faye bring their families together for their traditional holiday dinner. But tonight, things are not usual. A houseguest has joined the festivities for the first time and he unwittingly - or perhaps by design - insinuates himself into the family drama. Twenty years later, as 2001 approaches, the Bascovs' seemingly picture-perfect life may be about to crumble.

Unfortunately, tech rehearsals mean I will be a bit MIA for the next few weeks,
and there won't be any cookie making :(
But, see you on the other side for OPENING NIGHT COOKIES!

Cookies for Ryan Murphy Productions!

A short while ago I was asked to make cookies with the logos of Ryan Murphy's 3 currently-running TV shows,
and I was given the incredible opportunity to send them to the writers of the shows!

This was the first project I was able to really put my new Kopykake to work!
And I can't imagine making these cookies without it.
It made replicating the specific fonts SO much easier than methods I had previously used.
I am absolutely in love with it!

Anyway, onto the cookies!

Which of the three shows is your favorite??

I hope they enjoyed them :)
